Credit/Debit Card Payments – via Stripe

Please note paying via the website will incur stripe fees of 2.9% plus 30cents per transaction for international cards or 2.7% plus 30cents per transaction for domestic cards. If you do not wish to incur stripe fees, please organise payment via direct credit (i.e. online banking). You can fetch our company’s bank account details on our invoice or by emailing to admin@nztaxprop.co.nz.

If you still wish to pay via the website, you can pay using your Visa or Mastercard credit card online via a secure online payments system hosted by Stripe by filling out the form below.

  • Based on the type of the credit card (i.e. International or Domestic), please insert the total amount calculated including the stripe fees into the payment amount field. This payment amount is the amount that will be processed on your credit card.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

Engagements are performed in line with our standard terms and conditions of business, a copy of which is attached to our engagement letters and can also be requested from us. Should you have any complaints over the work performed or the fee charged, please contact us to discuss this, prior to making payment to us.  Should you make an overpayment to us in error, we will commit to refunding the overpaid amount when we do monthly billing, or alternatively this can be carried forward as a credit on your account.
