最近很多朋友問:到紐西蘭投資移民,會不會被課到一堆稅?其實紐西蘭的稅制跟澳洲差很多,規則算簡單,但也沒有那麼「仁慈」,從第一塊錢收入就開始課稅,沒有免稅額喔。
👩💼 我們特別請到紐西蘭會計師 Connie 來分享:
👉 紐西蘭的稅主要分四大類:
所得稅:個人採累進制,稅率10.5%~39%;公司固定28%,信託39%。銀行利息、股息也會被扣「居民預扣稅 RWT」。
消費稅 GST:買東西或服務一律15%,就像台灣的營業稅,但更全面。
薪俸稅 PAYE:薪水先被扣稅,員工拿到的是稅後金額。
附加福利稅 FBT:公司給員工房子或車子,也要課稅,不能用福利來避稅。
🏡 很多人最在意資產稅跟遺產稅。好消息是:紐西蘭沒有遺產稅,也沒有全面性的資本利得稅。但要注意 Bright-line Test(明線稅制),如果你在兩年內買賣住宅物業,賺到的利潤就會被課稅,而且稅率依照你是個人、公司或信託身份來算。
💸 個人稅率怎麼算?
$0~15,600 紐元 → 10.5%
$15,601~53,500 → 17.5%
$53,501~78,100 → 30%
$78,101~180,000 → 33%
$180,001 以上 → 39%
差別在於:紐西蘭幾乎沒什麼扣稅額度,只有會計費用、收入保障保險(Income Protection Insurance)可以扣。薪水收入幾乎就是全額課稅。
